Objective
Legacy approaches to development, regulatory, reimbursement and access are insufficient for cell and gene therapies. Patients and other stakeholders needed new policy wiring to advance promising treatments.
Our Approach
Galen/Atlantica engaged with the board, membership, and leadership of the Alliance for Regenerative Medicine (ARM) over a six month period. Intensive workshops and alignment ensured that needs of all ARM constituents were satisfied in the resulting strategy.
Outcome
The stage is set for ARM’s continued policy and advocacy success
